Urvi Binita Patel joined the firm in 2025. Ms. Patel has successfully assisted in representing residential and commercial clients in first-party property damage claims. Prior to joining the firm, her practice consisted of real estate, corporate, and private equity matters. She advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate structuring, and drafted and negotiated a variety of corporate contracts, including franchise agreements and operating agreements.

She currently resides in Houston, Texas and enjoys spending her free time working out, traveling, and exploring new places in Houston with her husband, Miraj Patel.
